Mr. Ravinder Saini has been the driving force behind Saheed Bhagat Singh Institute for Training of Trainers (SBS ITOT), Kalanwali, Sirsa for over 10 years. Under his dedicated leadership, the college has grown from a small vocational institute into one of the most respected NCVT-affiliated training centres in the Sirsa district of Haryana.
With a deep commitment to skill development and rural education, Mr. Saini has worked tirelessly to bring quality vocational training to the youth of Kalanwali and surrounding areas. He personally oversees the academic progress of students, maintains industry-standard workshop facilities, and ensures every student leaves with both a certificate and the confidence to succeed.
His efforts have resulted in hundreds of skilled graduates placed across industries in Haryana and beyond — in fields of electrical work, civil draughting, garment manufacturing, computer applications, and more.
